A call to all Patriots, encouraging them to add their names to the Declaration of Independence and send them in a flood to the White House post office on July 4th, 2009.
The Boston Tea Party led the signing of our Nation’s founding document, the Declaration of Independence. Fifty-six Founders courageously put their names to that world-shaking revolutionary statement declaring that,
“… for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”
As suggested recently by a resident of Kingman, Arizona, in a letter to the editor published in the Patriot Post, today’s Patriots, the Tea Party supporters, can follow in the footsteps of Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock, Samuel and John Adams, Richard Henry Lee and fifty other brave Patriots, declaring that we will not to be serfs under the thumb of an overweening central government; that “governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes”, and that we will not tolerate the current government’s usurpations of the “unalienable Rights” granted to us, not by man-made government, but by our Creator.

Sign and send a copy to the President and your Senators and Representatives so as to arrive on their desks on July 4th, 2009, coinciding with scheduled national tea parties.
